Eligibility for Returns:
1. Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Furniture damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or installation not performed by Timeless Furniture NG staff.
RETURN PROCESS
1INITIATE THE RETURN
Contact our customer service team at timelesstimeless247@gmail.com including your order number and reason for return.
2RETURN APPROVAL
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item
3RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was damaged during delivery
4INSPECTION
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
Refunds and Exchanges:
1. Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Exchanges: You may choose to exchange the returned item for another product of equal or higher value. Any price differences must be settled before delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
